Sales Manager

Description

What you'll do: Drive new business across Kuon's full product range: EV charging hardware (AC & DC), CPO charge management platform, and solar & battery solutions. Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with key accounts — including fleet operators, property developers, municipalities, housing associations, and commercial real estate clients. Manage the full sales cycle: from lead qualification and needs analysis through proposal, negotiation, and contract close. Work closely with the project management and installation teams to ensure a seamless handover and excellent client experience post-sale. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline in the CRM, and report regularly on progress against targets. Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and Dutch energy policy developments to sharpen Kuon's commercial positioning. Represent Kuon at industry events, trade fairs, and networking opportunities across the Netherlands.

Requirements

What we're looking for: 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in EV charging, clean energy, solar, or a related technical sector. Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a solution-selling environment. Good understanding of EV charging infrastructure — charging standards, CPO/MSP models, grid connection basics. Strong communicator in both Dutch and English, with confidence presenting to decision-makers. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a scale-up environment.
