Manage your charging point with the KUON management system.
Add smart services to your charging station by connecting it to the KUON online management platform. You gain insight into your charging sessions, open your charging station for (paid) use by guest users, or have your employer or own business reimburse home charging sessions for your electric car.
The KUON Backoffice is among the most advanced and comprehensive on the market. The platform is interoperable with other platforms and protocols and is not tied to 1 specific hardware/charging station technology.
Efficient administration
All charging sessions of connected charging stations are automatically settled and reimbursed. Exporting and manually declaring charging sessions is a thing of the past.
Tariff management
Manage locations and determine tariffs for charging sessions yourself. Per kilowatt-hour, per charging session, or per minute. This way you keep control over costs, and maximize your income.
Access Groups
Determine who is allowed to charge by creating access groups with employees or charging card numbers. Within the access group, you can set a separate rate, so that you can, for example, allow employees to charge at the office at a reduced rate.
Charging pass management
Manage all charging cards of your organization easily from your own account. Request and block new charging cards easily yourself.
24/7 helpdesk support
EV drivers can directly contact our support department in case of any problems with the charging station; it is available 24/7.
Private charging
Do you want to restrict access to your (home) charging point for personal use? Then we can set the charging station to private charging. You can still settle the charging costs with your company or employer.
Semi-public charging
Do you want to restrict access to your business charging point for customers or office hours? Then we can set up the charging station for business/semi-public charging.
Public charging
Do you want to open up access to your charging point for public charging? EU-wide roaming with Hubject / E-Clearing / Gireve / Eviolin ensures the most complete coverage. There is a direct connection with other roaming providers.
Remote operation of charging station
You receive notifications when something is wrong with your charging station, and are able to reset your charging station remotely yourself.
Split billing integration
Split billing is convenient if you have an electric company car and a charging station at your home. Because thanks to this option, you can automatically invoice the electricity costs linked to charging your car to your employer, or to your own business.
